With nearly two decades of experience in the beauty and spa industry, Michelle holds a Diploma of Beauty Therapy and is ITEC qualified — an internationally recognised certification — bringing a wealth of knowledge, professionalism and genuine care to every client who walks through the door.
Her career has taken her all over the world, working on a number of high-end cruise liners and later at a leading Perth day spa, then bringing her experience home to Margaret River.
Specialising in results-focused facials alongside expert waxing, lash, and brow services, Michelle founded Southwest Beauty Co. to create a warm and welcoming space where every client feels comfortable, valued and cared for.
