At Southwest Beauty Co., every appointment is time set aside just for you. When an appointment is missed or cancelled at short notice, that time often can't be offered to another client. Thank you for helping us keep our schedule fair for everyone.
Cancelling or rescheduling
You're welcome to cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. You can do this through the link in your booking confirmation.
Late cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the service price.
No-shows
If you don't attend your appointment without letting us know, you'll be charged 100% of the service price.
Running late?
Please let us know if you're running late. We'll do our best to fit in your full treatment, but your appointment may need to be shortened so the next client isn't kept waiting. The full service price will still apply.
This policy applies to all clients and all services. We understand that unexpected things happen — if you're unwell or have an emergency, please contact us as soon as you can and we'll do our best to help.
